FullTankVape.com offers a 30 day warranty on defective starter kits and mods as outlined below.
This warranty applies solely to orders placed on www.FullTankVape.com. Items purchased elsewhere are not covered by our warranty and must be brought to the original retailer.
Once your order arrives, please ensure that all of the contents are working properly. Should you receive a defective product, it is covered under our warranty for a period of 30 days beginning on the order ship date. For eligibility of the warranty, please be sure to contact us before that time.
Initiated returns must only include defective products. Absolutely no functional items should be included in the return. Functional products will not be covered by the warranty.
Note that any opened items that are deemed functional will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Items Ineligible for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to issues of safety and sanitary precautions, consumable products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to all liquids, batteries, coils, clearomizers, tanks, wicks, wires, etc.
Any product that exhibits physical damage, including water damage, or exhibits signs of tampering is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please do not use products if you are unfamiliar with how they are used. Improper use can cause damage to the products that will not be covered by our return policy. If you have any questions about products you have purchased, feel free to contact us, and we will happily assist you.
Return shipping is not prepaid. All shipping costs are incurred by the customer but will be 100% refunded if the product is confirmed to be DOA (dead on arrival) or an incorrect item was received. In these cases, FullTankVape will provide a $6.00 refund to the original form of payment used.
Returns should be sent by USPS Flat Rate Priority mail with tracking information to FullTankVape.
Evaluation and Refunds
Once returned items are received, they will be inspected and tested for functionality by our RMA technicians. If proven defective, a replacement will be sent at no cost to the customer. If the product is not in stock, FullTankVape will issue a refund to the customer’s original form of payment.
If a returned product is confirmed to be fully functional, FullTankVape will notify the customer by email and may either return the item to the customer or issue store credit at the sole discretion of FullTankVape.
Please allow 4 to 5 full business days for our team to evaluate and test all items returned to us after the date of delivery.
Please allow 2-6 business days for any refunds issued back to your original payment method to post to your account.
